What is Sleepy Teepees KL?
Sleepy Teepees KL specialises in creating enchanting sleepover experiences for children in the comfort of their own homes. Our themed teepee setups provide a magical setting for unforgettable sleepover parties.
How does Sleepy Teepees KL work?
We handle all the hassle of setting up and styling the sleepover party at your chosen location. You get to enjoy a beautifully curated sleepover experience without the stress of planning and decorating.
What themes do you offer for sleepover parties?
We offer six themes, including "Spa-tee," "Game On," "Rumble in the Jungle," "Rainbows & Unicorns," "Swiftie" and "BFF." Each theme is designed to create a unique and immersive atmosphere.
How many children can attend a Sleepy Teepees KL party?
Our setups are designed to accommodate up to 6 teepees, perfect for a cosy and intimate sleepover experience. Additional arrangements can be discussed based on your requirements.
How far in advance should I book a sleepover party?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and theme. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
How much space do I need for setup?
In order to set up a teepee, a space of 2m x 1.5m per teepee is required. If you would like to confirm that your space is suitable, you can send us pictures/videos or dimensions of the area for us to review. Alternatively, we may be able to come and assess the space in person. We will ask you to clear the space before we arrive to save on set up time.
How long does it take to set up?
Setup: The setup time for our parties varies, typically taking between 1-2 hours. However, the exact time will depend on the size of the party, and we will provide an estimate for each booking on an individual basis. Teepees will be set up between 10 am and 3 pm on the day of your party. If these hours do not work for you and we are able to setup outside of these hours, you will be charged a SURCHARGE.
Collection: We will arrive the day after the party, at a previously agreed up time, to collect items. Upon collection, a brief examination of all items will be conducted to ensure there are no visible damages or issues. A more detailed inspection will be carried out in the following week to check for any damages that may have been overlooked during the initial inspection. At this point, the damage deposit will either be returned or applied to the replacement of any damaged items.
*Saturday and Sunday collections will typically be between 10:00 - 12:00. If these hours do not work for you and we are able to setup outside of these hours, you will be charged a SURCHARGE.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your chosen party date and theme, a non-refundable deposit of RM300 is required upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total rental cost of your party. Please ensure that the deposit is submitted within 48 hours of your booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining rental balance, along with a fully refundable RM300 damage deposit, will be due for payment 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. Kindly note that failure to submit the final payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your party booking, without exceptions.

We accept payment by cash and bank transfer. We will provide you with account details upon booking.
